NASPA IV-W Outstanding Mid-Level Professional

The recipient of the award will be the Region IV-West nominee for the Mid-Level Student Affairs Professional Award awarded by NASPA at the national level.  This award is presented to an individual who has been in the profession more than five (5) years, is a NASPA member, and has made significant contributions to his or her campus, the regional organization and the profession. Nominees will be reviewed based on the following criteria:

• Professional responsibility for the direction, oversight, and/or supervision of one or more student affairs functional areas, and/or one or more professional staff members
• Record of innovative programming that has had an impact on the home campus environment in one or more functional areas of student affairs
• Volunteer service to the association via leadership roles at the state, regional, national, or international levels
• Active individual NASPA membership
• Progression from enrty-level to senior-level leadership roles within NASPA's volunteer ranks
