Universally Designed for Access: Disability Inclusive Program of the Year

The Disability Knowledge Community (DKC) is excited to offer the 2025 Universally Designed for Access: Disability Inclusive Program of the Year. The recipients of the 2025 awards will be announced during the DKC Business Meeting at the Annual Conference in March 2026.

The Disability Knowledge Community seeks to recognize a program/initiative in higher education that embeds accessibility in the design process. Effective Universal Design for Learning programs intentionally create access for people across the spectrum of functional ability. We seek to highlight programs that have demonstrated a commitment to designing accessibility from the start as well as encourage participation of students with disabilities.
