Call for Reviewers

Journal of College & Character is a quarterly online publication that publishes qualitative, quantitative, and philosophical research on student learning and development during the college years with emphasis on ethical issues and civic education. The editors are seeking qualified and dedicated reviewers for the journal editorial board. Reviewers play a vital role in enhancing the quality and readership of the journal.


Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Review manuscripts in a timely and professional manner as assigned by the senior editor.

  • Provide constructive and thorough feedback to authors via the JCC review process.

  • Commit to a three-year appointment.

Requirements

  • Cover letter expressing interest and highlighting qualifications and abilities

  • Résumé or curriculum vitae

Deadline

  • Applicants should send materials by November 15, 2014, via e-mail to Pam Crosby, co-editor, at jcc@naspa.org.

Important Information

  • Qualified individuals with expertise in quantitative research and statistical methods are especially encouraged to apply.

  • If selected, you will be invited to attend an editorial board meeting to be held at the 2015 NASPA Annual Conference in New Orleans.
