NASPA Center for Women is proud to continue its Meaningful Mentorship program with monthly discussions facilitated by board members in which participants will learn from one another as they engage. These discussions are a great opportunity to receive peer mentorship and to be heard, seen, and encouraged.
Meaningful Mentorship programs are free for NASPA members and $39 for non-members.

Many women in academia struggle with imposter syndrome, doubting their accomplishments and feeling overlooked despite their hard work. "From Doubt to Power: Navigating Imposter Syndrome and Reclaiming Your Space in the Academy" offers an empowering session that explores the roots and impact of imposter syndrome on women in academia. Through personal stories and practical strategies, participants will learn how to overcome self-doubt, build confidence, seek mentorship, and embrace their achievements. The session provides actionable tools to help women reclaim their space, visibility, and authority in the academic world.
