How Do I Hold Space When I’m Feeling It All, Too?

Virtual Engagement Events Supporting the Profession Equity, Inclusion and Social Justice

When crises take place on and around campus and our communities, student affairs is often called on to provide space for students and colleagues to process and reflect. These events also affect us as practitioners and educators.

Following events last month in Colorado, Virginia, and Idaho - and other places - we invite you to join NASPA and licensed clinical psychologists Zemed Berhe, Ph.D., and Koko Nishi, Psy.D., for a facilitated dialogue about the impact of secondary trauma and how to feel grounded when tragedies affect those responsible for holding space and caring for others.

This occasional series provides facilitated space for student affairs educators to share, learn, heal, and support each other.
