Mid-level Administrators Coffee & Conversation: Managing the Middle

Division/Group Events Civic Engagement Supporting the Profession Mid-Level

The Mid-level Administrators Steering Committee is excited to continue its Coffee & Conversation series, focused on providing a space for individuals across NASPA's broad mid-level membership to connect and discuss some of the most salient topics impacting higher education.Connecting with peers who have the ability to understand perspectives from shared experiences can often provide us as student affairs professionals with both the validation and insight needed to continue doing the challenging and important work we engage with each day.

The aim of the series is to bring people together around shared topics to discuss various approaches and needs and to provide insight and support for others experiencing similar circumstances on their campus. We intend to explore the impacts of the changing landscape of higher education and our ever-evolving global community on mid-level professionals. We also hope to solicit feedback from NASPA's broader mid-level membership to help inform future conversations that we intend to host monthly. We hope you join us for a chat!

Our December 18 conversation will be about managing the middle and will include discussion of career development strategies, dealing with change, and navigating challenging environments.
