Please note that attendees registering for double occupancy can either request a specific roommate during the registration process or be assigned a roommate at random.

Advisor & Student Affairs Professional Registration

Advisors or student affairs professionals can register up to fifteen students at a time through the "register a colleague" function. For a step-by-step guide on how to register on behalf of your students, please click here. Follow these steps to use the “register a colleague” option:

  1. First, each student will need to create a free NASPA profile and make sure to select their institution (it needs to match your institution for the function to work).
  2. After they finish making their accounts and selecting their institution, you, as their advisor, will then be able to go in and use the “register a colleague” option.
  3. You can now pay for their registrations via your account.
Each student must have a free NASPA profile to ensure accurate name badge information and to capture any accessibility or dietary needs. If a student does not have a free NASPA profile, they can create one here. (Please note: while not required to register for this event, we would encourage you to explore the benefits of becoming a NASPA member here.)
