Yet in student affairs, supervisory skills are not typically included in graduate program curricula and few workplaces provide supervisory training or professional development for supervisors. The purpose of this session is to learn more about themes in supervision from a study conducted with mid level professionals (supervisors) and new professionals (supervisees).
