Virtual Engagement Events Supporting the Profession AVP or "Number Two"

As we integrate back to campus, support the needs of our campus community, and discover our new normal, it is helpful to re-imagine our profession in the new normal. To do that, it is necessary to connect with one another. Join the AVP Steering committee as we have a facilitated discussion around re-connecting and re-building and enhance our context to support our teams.
Expect to discuss with your AVP colleagues these questions and more:
- What are you doing to keep staff motivated, engaged, and committed to their work?
- What are you doing for yourself for the same purpose and outcomes?
- What needs to change institutionally or in the field for the profession to be sustained and survive?
