NASPA Region I - Massachusetts is dedicated to the development of students, colleges, and the profession. Our mission is to support various interests, ideas, and concerns of the statewide members by:
- Serving as a resource for colleagues in Massachusetts
- Offering professional development and networking opportunities
- Collaborating with other professional organizations to better serve members

Apply knowledge in service to our students and campus life.

Identify tools and resources that will create positive change on our campuses.
Reduce personal and professional stress that is leading to "burnout."
Practice new approaches to student affairs, reducing the "great resignation."
